sThis is an 8 month/ 32 week block of the month.

This personal journal and quilt features 32 inspirational life designs using redwork, stitchery and applique.  The pattern uses a "quilt as you go" technique although instructions for a standard quilt top are also included.  The Australian designer has also provided access to Life is Beautiful blog, where you will find step by step photo journal page downloads and more. 

Finished quilt measures 60" x 77"

To join you must first purchase the journal including all the patterns for $75.00.

Blocks 1-8 - $25.00

Block one - contains all the background fabric, embroidery floss and the first set of iron on transfers for the stitchery designs

Block 2-7 - contains iron on transfers for stitchery designs and 5 assorted red/tan fat quarters each month. (I would like to do 2 colour options - red/tan and plum/green).

Block 8 - final set of iron on transfers, sashing and binding fabric.

Starting mid January.

Pick up or mail out.  Shipping should be around $2.50 for the blocks each month.  The mailing of the journal will probably be a bit more.

Calendar Quilts

A wallhanging a month for 12 months.

Cost:  Purchase the packet of patterns for $20.00.

Then for $20.00 each month you will receive the fabric and embellishments to complete the wallhanging for that month.

Start:  December 5,2011.  We will be starting the January wallhanging so it can be completed in time to hang it up Jan.1,2012.
